Structurer Features:

  • Unilateral Bearing :- It enchased cemented carbide alloy, and equip with roller bearing, so it have good abrasive resistance, stability, accuracy and long lifetime. After heal treatment, the gear is hardened to HRC 60 At last, finished precise grounded. it have better driving accuracy.
  • Roller:- The roller is adopted hollow type that is lighter and low inertia, it can stop immediately, to make sure the feeding precision. After heat treatment HRC60 and chroming, at last finish grounded, it has high hardness, good abrasive resistance, and long lifetime
  • Disk Brake:- It applied best brake lining disc, which isbest for stability and precision long fetime
    The Reverse Device
  • The structure is same as unilateral device, can control the down roller accurately. It will not appear setback even for a long time, has best stability and precision.
  • The brake will be not out of control because of wasting oil from punching,
  • it also will not reflect the feeding length. it will not cause high heat
  • it applied hard alloy and roller to make sure the good abrasive resistance.
  • Movement method and ball are making circular motion, but not 4 guides pillar of straight slit movement, so that won’t be locked dead
  • Small friction force, the transmission twisting force needed is small, driver construction is not easy to be broken.
